The ValPal Network partners with Feefo to revolutionise customer feedback and analytics in property sector

The ValPal Network has announced a strategic partnership with Feefo, the global reviews and customer insights company.

Using Feefo’s authentic customer review platform and analytics, participating members of The ValPal Network will gain unique access into consumer trends and insights which they can use to sharpen up their marketing campaigns and improve customer service levels.

Feefo, which now works with more than 3,800 Estate and Letting Agency offices nationwide, provides detailed analytical insights from reviews that only consumers who have genuinely purchased or used a service are invited to leave.

Reviews are shown on an agent’s website without mediation, driving traffic and augmenting transparency.

Feefo’s artificial intelligence-powered Smart Themes automatically tracks customer sentiment across all reviews, decides what the most popular themes are and collects reviews into convenient topics, enabling agents to see what’s trending and learn where they are going right or wrong.

Members of The ValPal Network using Feefo will find that it’s easy for their customers to provide feedback. They will be prompted either by email or SMS text message and do not have to register.

Customers can then post a simple rating out of five stars alongside a comment if they wish. Reviews are shown on the customer’s website and their integration helps agents to achieve greater search prominence.
