The latest well-established property services provider to be adapting to the digital age is Countrywide, one of the UK’s leading providers in Estate Agency, Lettings, mortgage services, conveyancing and more.
It has been announced that Countrywide is teaming up with start-up assistant Blenheim Chalcot, and launching an online mortgage broker known as Mojo Mortgages.
The digital broker will operate in conjunction with Countrywide’s existing mortgage services, which are currently be carried out over the telephone or face-to-face.
The launch of Mojo Mortgages is to include a set of digital tools for advisors.
Peter Curran, managing director of financial services at Countrywide, spoke of the company’s burgeoning success in its mortgage services and aspirations to extend what the property services specialists can offer customers.
“We plan to continue to grow all three channels as we offer a truly multi-channel proposition. This includes increasing our advisor force in the field, further strengthening our telephony team in Camberley and now through partnership with Blenheim Chalcot, we’re able to offer digital tools to our advisers and launch a consumer-facing online mortgage proposition to further enhance the choice we give our customers.”
